PRESCHOOL PARK PHOTOS

How does it work?

Sessions are confirmed with a paid booking, no less than 24 hours in advance of our photo day.  We book children in within a 30 minute time slot giving you arrival flexibility and to be seen in order of arrival.

Sessions are for either 1 child or 2 siblings.  Sessions are not for cousins or “best friends”, these portraits are classified under family portraits and are not part of our Preschool Park Photo sessions.

We offer 3 options at our park sessions.

à la carte – Up to 2 children – 3 digital images $100

Offering variety and choice for families wanting to select their images from our online gallery.  We create a small collection of images (we aim to present you with 5-6 images) on the day.  You are emailed a link to our secure online ordering platform within 2 days of your session.  Photo selections must be done within 72 hours of receiving your link.

Your paid booking of $100 allows you to download 3 of your favourite images from the session.  You may purchase additional images at a cost of $25 per image. Files are supplied electronically, you can print them as many times as you wish (personal use only) up to A4 size.  No physical product will be shipped. At your session, you will receive a physical “preschool photo day book” – it’s the ones we use in all our preschool centres.  You can print out your images and store them in your preschool book.

If you have more than 2 siblings you wish to include, please let us know if the questions or comments section in the “sign me up” form.  More than 2 children (up to 4 children max), you will receive an invoice for $200 and receive 6 images from your session.  Additional images will be $25 each.

Make up session – 1 child $105

For families who missed photo day and wish to have their child included on their class photo.

The pack includes your child’s class print (we put their photo in the class for you), 2 individual portraits with a collection of print sizes, 2 digital images (of the same poses you receive in print), 1 “photo day” album.  Your class photo and printed portraits will be mailed out to you the week following your session.

Make up session – 2 siblings $140

For families who missed photo day and wish to have their children included on their class photos.

Pack includes both your children’s class prints (we put their photo in the class for you), 1 sibling photo, 1 individual portrait per child with a collection of print sizes, 3 digital images (of the same poses you receive in print), 1 “photo day” album. Your class photos and printed portraits will be mailed out to you the week following your session.

You will be asked at the time of registration which option you are booking for.

On time arrival:

Our park session photos are in the same style as our preschool photos and generally take 5-10 minutes to capture those preschool smiles in order to create your photo collection.

If you need to cancel your session, 24 hours notice is required so we can offer the slot to another child.  If you fail to attend your photo session, your payment will be forfeited, without refund.

We run on a tight time schedule, if you more than 10 minutes late to your time slot, we cannot guarantee our photographer will be at the location and this would be considered as a “no show”, forfeiting your payment.

Recording devices:

During your photo session, recording devices such as phones, Ipads & cameras are strictly prohibited. Thanks for understanding.
