GRADUATION PHOTOS - ELC's & KINDY'S

Graduating kindergarten is a special milestone in a child’s educational journey. We visit kindys and ELC’s from late term 3 onward and photograph all pre-registered kindy students in cap and gown.

We take a variety of photos so parents can choose their favourite images to order their child’s graduation photos from our password protected, secure online gallery. All we need is a shaded outdoor space and some eager kindy kids to make it all happen!

There are no less than 4 portrait options for parents to choose from, prices from $40.

Once you have completed your registration of interest below, we will be in touch to find a suitable week in your calendar to visit.  We provide you with flyers to hand out to families to promote the graduation photos.  Parents need to pre-register their child the week prior to our arrival.

We need approx 25 registrations per group for the event to be a success.  Parents pay NOTHING upfront and each registration comes with a $10 voucher to put towards their graduation photos!

Every kindy that books their graduation photos prior to June 22, 2024 will receive 3 complimentary $50 vouchers to give away!

The vouchers make excellent prizes in any upcoming fundraising events, raffles or as thank you rewards for hard working committee members – the choice is yours.

Every parent that registers their child for graduation photos receive a $10 voucher to put towards any purchases. They simply enter the voucher code at the checkout to redeem.

Our graduation photos are scheduled from mid morning or early afternoon.  We work as a team of 2 so we can efficiently prepare the students for their photos in cap and gown, making sure everyone is looking their best.  Messy play earlier in the day? No problem – we have students wearing a graduation gown, covering any fun that may have ended up on clothing.  Graduation caps tame the wildest of hairstyles with ease.

We work outdoors in a shaded area to create the portraits.  Generally under a verandah works best.  We will have our list of pre registered students to photograph and ask staff to assist us in gathering a handful of children at a time.  As a guide, we need 3 minutes per student to create their portraits.  For 25-30 students, we are generally onsite for 1.5 hours.
